Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping, information and communication with us. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
Product Information
We aim to describe dimensions, upholstery, functions and product features accurately. Colour and texture can appear different on screens, and configuration details may change. Supportive or mobility-oriented furniture can assist with everyday comfort, but product descriptions and quiz results are shopping guidance and are not medical advice, diagnosis or a clinical recommendation.
Prices, Canadian Sales Taxes and Delivery
Prices on product cards are shown in Canadian dollars before applicable sales tax. GST/HST and any applicable provincial sales tax are determined using the delivery province and applicable place-of-supply rules. Delivery charges, if any, are shown or confirmed before payment is finalized. If a pricing or product-information error is identified before acceptance of an order, we may correct it and give you the opportunity to continue or cancel the request.
Order Requests and Acceptance
Submitting checkout sends an order request to kaymcdaniel LTD. It does not by itself mean that the order has been finally accepted. We review availability, delivery information, applicable tax, access requirements and the selected payment preference. An order is accepted when we confirm the final details and provide the next payment step or other confirmation of acceptance.
Payment
The checkout asks for a preferred payment method but does not require you to enter payment-card details on this website. Payment instructions are provided after the order request has been reviewed. You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied for payment and delivery is complete and accurate.
Online Consumer Rights
Orders involving Alberta consumers or an Alberta business may be subject to Alberta consumer-protection requirements, including rules for internet sales contracts. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the Alberta Consumer Protection Act, the Internet Sales Contract Regulation, or other applicable Canadian consumer law.
Cancellations, Returns and Problems with an Order
If you need to correct or cancel an order request before it is accepted, contact us promptly. Once an order has been accepted, return or cancellation options can depend on the product, whether an item was customized, delivery status and rights provided by applicable law. If goods arrive damaged, materially different from the confirmed order or otherwise problematic, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, logos, images, design elements and software are owned by kaymcdaniel LTD or used with permission and are protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual-property laws.
